This 15-pound weighted blanket stands out with its dual-textured design featuring a checkered fleece top and a plush sherpa reverse. The combination of these materials provides extra warmth, making it an ideal choice for colder climates or winter use. It is sized for queen beds, measuring 60 by 80 inches.

The heavy weight is achieved through evenly distributed glass beads secured within the quilted layers. This ensures that the pressure remains constant across the body, which can help promote a deeper sense of calm during sleep. The sherpa lining adds a soft, fuzzy texture that feels comfortable against the skin.

The checkered pattern gives the blanket a distinct visual style compared to standard flat-color options. It functions as both a decorative throw and a functional sleep aid for adults. The materials are selected for their ability to retain heat while providing the specific tactile feedback of a heavy blanket.
