This 5-pound weighted blanket is built for those who need a light amount of pressure without the bulk of a full-sized adult blanket. It measures 36 by 48 inches and features a highly breathable fabric. This construction is specifically intended to allow air to circulate, keeping the user cool while they rest.

The weight is provided by glass beads that are sewn into a grid pattern. This prevents the beads from moving around, which keeps the 5 pounds of weight perfectly even across the surface. It is a great middle-ground option for those who find 3 pounds too light but 10 pounds too heavy.

The fabric is smooth and designed for durability, standing up to regular use in a bedroom or living area. Its cooling properties make it especially useful for hot sleepers or for use during the summer months. This blanket provides a steady, calming weight that helps facilitate a more restful environment.
